Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

Item Condition and Non-Returnable Items

  • Items must be unused and in original unopened packaging.

  • Electronic items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Misused or altered items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds

  • It may take up to 30 days after we receive your return to process and issue your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the card used to make your purchase.

Return Process

Returns will be completed through the mail.

  • Customers are responsible for postage.

  • DH does not provide prepaid return labels.

  • Shipping costs and surcharges are non-refundable.

Instructions

  1. Click the button below to get your packing slip.

  2. Print out the packing slip.

  3. Fill out your name, email address, phone number, and order number. (Order number can be found in the “Order Confirmation” email that was sent at the time of purchase).

  4. Place the completed packing slip inside the box with the return item.

  5. Pack contents securely, tape box closed, and furnish a shipping label. (Address below)

Please confirm compatibility before finalizing your purchase. Our staff is standing by to answer any technical questions to ensure a perfect fit.

To keep our prices competitive, we cannot accept returns on parts used for testing or "trial and error" diagnostics. Responsibility for ordering the correct part rests with the buyer.

If your item arrives damaged or becomes defective within 30 days of receipt, please email us at dhequipment@gmail.com with your name, phone number, order number and photos of the damage/defect.
